Quarterly Meeting

Call to Order at 6:04 pm
Approximately 45 CNA residents in attendance.
Minutes of March 18, 2026 are posted on our website.
Motion to accept minutes as distributed made by Darlene Germaine, seconded by Lorraine Laird.
Minutes approved
Finance Report by Treasurer, Marilyn Vlach
Beginning balance $1103.11, Income $905 expenses $458.22 and $,1579 .59 ending balance.
Motion to move reserved $50 to general fund made by Fred Nelson seconded by Bob Nichols
Motion to accept financials made by Cris Nichols, seconded by Shelley Duke
Motion approved.
Annual dues of $10 per person are due for the new fiscal year.
Election of Officers
Appeal was made to attendees for a new Secretary. No volunteers stepped forward

Secretary: No volunteer
Treasurer: Marilyn Vlach
Motion to approve slate of candidates made by Fred Anderson, seconded by Kelly Roscher.
Motion approved.
Updates on Central Grade School Reconstruction
Presented by Assistant Superintendent Christine Thomas-Hill
Construction Schedule and Site Logistics Plan There is a 3-year construction schedule to completion. The timeline for the next six months includes the following items
June – document finalization
July – surplus sale, preliminary site set-up, tree protection, award contracts
Aug – abatement and demolition, utility changes
Sept – abatement, removal of building structure, utility coordination
Oct – demolition, complete abatement, prepare for earthwork and foundation
Nov- begin excavation, construct foundation
Dec – Complete foundation work, begin erection of structural steel.

Porchfest will take place this year on Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Currently there are 40 groups interested in playing and 20 venues confirmed. Please contact Marilyn Vlach if you are interested in hosting.
